I had done an "update and recovery" > refresh your pc without affecting your files. My Acer pc erased all my files and did a factory restore, I felt ambushed by my pc. Took my pc to Kenny who both, restored what I needed and added apps to improve my security. Also, took the time to reinstall my printer via team viewer.
