Perfect experience from start to finish! We found Workplace Partners while looking for furniture for our new office. James was very helpful in showing us everything he had available and the cost for each item while we worked to fill each office space. We live over 3 hours away and Workplace Partners worked with us very well to set up dates to come look at, purchase and pick up our furniture. We furnished our entire office and I even found furniture to redo my home office while at it. I would highly recommend working with James and Workplace Partners! They are very professional, diligent and easy to work with. I had no complaints and we will certainly be a return customer when we decide to refurnish our other offices!
From our initial contact through the final installation, we had a fantastic experience with the Workplace Partners team. We furnished our new facility in Rapid City with a mix of preowned cubicles and new furniture from this company and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their installation team is very courteous, knowlegeable, and thorough. They take a lot of care and pride in their assembly, they clean after themselves, and make you feel like you're the most important customer they have. We couldn't be more pleased.
James and his team always does an amazing job for us. James goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. His crews that come in and do the installation are polite, respectful, clean, and efficient. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and it has held up well under some heavy use. We have now placed 4 different orders with James and will continue to do so as we grow.
