Customer Reviews
I recently had an incredibly upsetting experience at this Walmart location. While trying to access my e-receipt at the self-checkout, I encountered technical difficulties. The associate was unhelpful and the situation escalated when the manager, Marsha, intervened. Her demeanor was shockingly unprofessional, making me feel like a criminal simply because I couldn't load my receipt. Instead of offering constructive solutions, like checking with the self-checkout associate or helping me connect to the store's Wi-Fi, I was treated with suspicion and disrespect. This was deeply demeaning and completely unacceptable. I filed a complaint with Walmart's customer support, and to their credit, the representative expressed gratitude for my loyalty as a customer since 2019. However, this does little to address the appalling treatment I received in the store. I strongly urge the company to address the unprofessional conduct of their employees, particularly the manager, Marsha. This incident has seriously tarnished my perception of Walmart, and I will not be returning to this location. I have also filed a case with the Ethics department, reference number WMT241200278, as well as the Civil Rights Justice, reference number 542119-TNR. Please be advised that, as per Colorado Revised Statute 18-4-407, it is not a legal requirement for a customer to present a receipt. This also applies in instances where a customer is unable to produce a receipt due to technical difficulties. However, it is important to note that I did present evidence of the transaction via my credit card company app and was able to partially display a Walmart receipt page, although it unfortunately did not show the specific items purchased. This place is always so busy, other customers are rude. Another customer walked off with my cart as I was pushing it. Never any variety in the fresh produce. Really only one variety of each. This store is always busy!! It is very dirty & the isles need to be swept. If you need a specific item they usually won't have any in stock or on the next truck!
Everyone was really friendly at my most recent visit. Everything seemed calm and nice… probably because it was 7:30am but nonetheless a pretty good experience for a Walmart
Clean store, nice staff. Much better experience than the Evans store by far. Worth the drive across town when I have time. The only downfall is that I just hate pushing my full buggy uphill to my truck when I leave... I guess it's to keep me in shape as I age...
Took my car in the do basic maintenance. Should have listened to my gut and gone to my normal guy. I asked to have my tires rotated, oil changed, wipers replaced. Only replaced one wiper, didn't rotate my tires, my tire sensors are reading wrong, car is leaking, and to top it all off they charged me full price for everything. Couldn't even talk to anyone properly about it because two employees were arguing about how an alternator works. Terrible experience.
