Walmart Supercenter

We only had two issues. One was when we were in the candle section, we had found a candle that had clearly been broken and taped back together. The candle container was glass and there were still tiny shards of glass inside. That is a safety hazard especially to children. I don’t care if it was a customer or employee. It was most likely an accident, but still that product needs to be thrown away and not made available for purchase. The second situation is was when we were in the checkout. We had bought a candle and it accidentally fell onto the bagging table. It didn’t break, but it could’ve. Especially since it wasn’t wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap, etc. I’m of the understanding that the candle can be replaced, but this should’ve been prevented from the beginning. Other stores wrap up the fragile things they sell with no problem. There is no excuse for Walmart not to do the same. I in no way blame any employee for this. This is entirely on management. If they want a higher chance of keeping their customer base, then it is in their best interest to fix this problem right away. Other than that, excellent service.

Always out of eggs or very few left. Fresh bread always low in stock and sometimes out of stock. Never enough checkers for the crowds of people. But the worst is on several occasions there have been DOGS inside this store of all sizes. DOGS in fresh food areas. This is a new low for Walmart. It's now like shopping in a 3rd world country. Absolutely disgusting.

So im giving this review for one reason and thats to warn people not to use this location and possibly any walmart locations delivery services. Unless that store employs its own delivery drivers i give you a 20% chance you get your order without first them lying about delivery or just glat out stealing it and saying they delivered it. We have now had this happen more times then i can count on both hands. The 23rd location uses a third party to deliver orders to people with little to absolutely no oversight on wether or not it is actually delivered or if the person they give it to is even actually who they say they are. We will not be using the delivery anymore because its a joke we will most likely just start going back to kings or Safeway, yeah they are more expensive but they have never let someone steal our orders then told us "well call the customer line" sad part is both of the stolen items were for my kids.

The two young boys working last night doing pick up orders definitely need to be let go they just threw my groceries in my trunk & smashed my bread then I go in to exchange my bread and the girl working customer service told me it could only be refunded & can’t be exchanged which I wasn’t wanting a refund just exchange the bread like that’s super simple didn’t see an issue with that but definitely watch who you do online orders with this was so uncalled for definitely won’t be making any online orders through this store in the future

This Walmart is the worst. You can tell there no real leadership in this particular store. They closed down all the self check outs which means there are less registers open. They don't have enough employees to fill the registers they do have open. You actually see more employees just standing around watching the registers. I also see lots of employees standing around wasting time chitchatting . I never see managers anywhere. The money center always has one person working and there is a long line waiting. I'm me time I waited in line for 30 minutes plus. The gal at the money center called a manager for help on a transaction and he saw how long the line was and didn't bother to help her out. Most of the supervisors look like they don't have enough leadership skills to be in those positions. The security guards are cruising the parking lots more then patrolling the store. This store has no direction and no one doing their jobs. Most employees look like they are sad. I tried talking to one employee working a register and he didn't even bother to answer me or even acknowledge me. This is a very sad thing. If Walmart allows this I will difinetly start looking for a new store to shop.
