Walmart Supercenter

Amazing a 1 star review has to be written about customer service. Got both my toddler and baby ready and all the way into Walmart to bring some duplicate baby items, only to be told without receipt or payment method I can’t return them at all. Get home and call corporate to find out that’s a lie, especially during Christmas where this is typical. Older(70s maybe) blonde lady with terrible teeth obviously hates her job as when I walked in both her and a younger girl looked at each other, snickered, then told me I can’t make a return. If you don’t wanna do your job, don’t work, especially at that age. Terrible customer service. Went to the one on 128th and returned with absolutely zero issues. I get this is Walmart but wow…

This is the big boy Walmart that seemed ot be as large as a football field. I had quite a list of variety of things from vitamins, to electric, to small applicane, to medicines, to vaccinations. All accomplished in one stop shopping!!

I’m in the area for work, and stopped in to get some items I forgot to pack. This Walmart looks modern and updated and more upscale compared to the ones I’m used to in Utah. The black shelving is a nice touch and the electronic price tags are pretty cool! They also have car chargers in the parking lot, and it is close to the freeway

I like this store for their products. A handful of employees are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful (Link and Patty are amazing), but the rest are either rude, unhelpful, pretend you don't exist or follow you around like you're going to steal. They act like you are bothering them if you need anything even when checking out they seem annoyed to be ringing you up. Very weird. There is one male customer service manager with dark hair who I swear is one of the most unpleasant people I've ever met. I'm in the store multiple times a week and he has literally never once been friendly back to me. I go because I can usually find everything I need.

Generally, it's nice, quiet, and clean for the most part. Bathrooms are clean. But like all Walmart locations with some disrespectful customers, you can still see dirty floors in some areas, and people steal food and eat then leave the trash somewhere.
