Walmart Supercenter

5 stars for finally finding a place that sells Colorado post cards, and a very nice selection of other Colorado souvenirs. I only wish they had an Erie post card, as that's were I'm visiting.

Hey it's Walmart. Typical experience but some nice employees. Massive store. I will say I had two helpful employees ask me unprompted if I needed help. The checker was friendly and initiated a conversation. Bathrooms need attention.

the incompetence is stunning. 5 employees behind the customer service counter. 5 people in line. 3 employees working 1 customer return. 2 of them smiling and doing nothing. just incredibly dumb. shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes to buy a book of stamps.

No one knows where anything is and they're all too lazy to help. 3 different people said they 'think' the isle I am looking for is 'over there' and sent me off in the wrong direction. Constantly employees hanging out on their phones in the middle of isles that you have to maneuver around, products in the wrong spot so you don't know how much they are, never enough registers open and then you get hassled to present a receipt on the way out. If you go in there at 10pm the dude at the door reminds you in a shitty tone you have less than an hour like you are just ruining his night by walking in while they are still open.

The lady at self checkout is extremely unprofessional this morning. She stopped me from checkout my out because I can't have more than 15 items. She made me go to another check out line. Lo and behold I had exactly 15 items. If you can't do your job and make sure people don't steal your merchandise, maybe you shouldn't be working at self checkout. Maybe don't have self checkout at all.
