Walmart Supercenter

I pre ordered a prime rib roast for the holiday to be picked up by me. Yet when i went to pick it up there was no prime rib roast instead i got a $20 piece of chuck roast that wouldn't feed even 2 people. If you have so many on hand then sell that many not more then what you have.

I frequent Wal Mart and generally have a good experience. However; today I witnessed the disrespect of a customer. A customer who entered the same time as we did, left his possessions tucked out of the way inside. We watched how he made sure it wasn't blocking anything. I don't want to make assumptions, but he appeared to be homeless and this is only based on what he had in the trailer attached to his bike. We had been in the store for maybe five minutes when his things were taken outside. I found the individual and notified him. He was understandably upset, thanked me and hurried to the front. We later witnessed him leaving the store as he told the person asking him to leave, that they should have looked for the owner of the bike and asked them to remove it. I totally agree. They could have announced on the intercom for the owner of the bike to return to the front of the store and take it outside. We know someone who had a locked bike outside and it was stolen in broad daylight. To disrespect a person's belongings and put them outside in the dark is so uncalled for. When I found him, he had a tent in his hands that I'm sure he was going to purchase. He was a customer. Out front there is a sign that says: we love our customers. I guess it depends. Such a sad thing to witness.

First time coming to this Walmart outside is very nice and clean not trashy unlike other Walmarts inside of the store very nice looks like it was recently redone and extremely modernized very big and roomy. Also had plenty of stuff to pick from etc. didn’t get harassed for my receipt on my way out the door even with some bigger items in my cart (example a case of beer etc) which was nice. Also plenty of self checkouts were available as well. Will return.

Tried to return something brand new with tags and the customer service lady that was in charge was extremely rude and said she couldn’t even give me store credit since it was past the 90 days. I called another store and they were very nice and said I can bring it there and they will help me. It costs $0 to be kind to people. I couldn’t make it in before the 90 days because I was taking care of a sick family member.

Every time I have bought something at this store I have had to come back because something is broken, missing pieces etc. Lights that don’t turn on. Christmas tree missing a whole section. A lamp without a plug. This place is a trash heap of non functioning products. You’ll spend more time at customer service than shopping.
