Walmart Supercenter

Melissa and Andrea were amazingly helpful and patient as we were having some trouble using a gift card. They were very friendly and represented Walmart very well. We appreciated their cheerfulness even though it was taking extra time!

Jazmin, one of the front end supervisors here just saved my day!! After relying on some first -time app to pay my bill at the register and panicking when of course it did not work... Instead of just telling me that my payment method did not go through and to figure something else out like most would have done, Jazmin courteously helped me figure the app out which took probably about 20 minutes at the register still because I'm so tech-noob, and she was so nice to me during the whole time and made what would have been a horrible outcome to my night, into an awesome one! Thank you Jazmin!!

Store manager/front end lead (not sure exactly what her position is) was god awful, when the clerk asked for a price check she basically yelled back saying that it was incorrect. I get that the tag may have been in the wrong spot, or by the wrong item, there is no need to be disrespectful to a customer, or employee. Your job is customer service and that is not what you are doing. If you are unhappy and unwilling to chat with someone maybe this is not the job for you. Photo Clearly shows a discounted price.

I have gone to this place for years. I've never had any problems with staff. They're always nice. Have had some problems with home delivery. With substitutions. And, manuvering the computer to place orders and payment. That seem to be getting better. Maybe I'm learning. My only complaints are 1 The place always has this dull look. 2 what do I do with paper bags from delivery? 3. This is America, please play English music. Sometimes toys have another language in directions. But, obviously the these things haven't sent me to the other Walmarts, yet. So they must not be that bad.

My overall experience was good. They weren't to busy but for them not being busy there bathrooms needed cleaning badly! Other than that it was good.
