I have never used a computer repair person before, and was intimidated at the thought of handing control over to someone who knew so much more than me, and had access to all my information. Michael quickly put me at ease, he came to my house and switched out my old computer for new, transferred all my data and content, and got me up and running. He is one of the most patient and kindest people you could hope to meet. He has been available to help me remotely since the switch, and I will never use anyone else.
