Ken really saved my butt this morning, and I was absolutely thinking my life was over when I opened my MacBook to take my grad school final and I had 16% battery. Upon rifling through my backpack in a panic, I realized I forgot my charger in Omaha, which is 500 miles away. We were on vacation and spent the morning in Loveland on the way to Denver. My boyfriend searched “computer repair” on google maps and “Viking infotech LLC” popped up on maps. My boyfriend promptly called and asked if Ken had a MacBook Pro charger that was for an older model of laptop. Ken immediately told him he could meet in about 30 min to deliver the charger: this was insanely generous, since he does not even offer this service as part of his business. He is just an amazing human being!! Within FIFTEEN minutes, Ken was outside of Dark Heart coffee with the charger. I was able to take my final, giving me peace of mind. Wow, just wow. Highly recommend! Ken is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and affordable. He helped me replace costly third-party subscription services with free or cheaper ones.
