I needed a new SIM card for our new phone line (a SIM card did not come delivered with the new phone we ordered online for the new line). I thought the simplest thing would be to go to my local Verizon store and ask if they can give me a SIM card. The first thing the salesperson told me here was that they would have to charge me $10 for a SIM card... later, she said that I would be charged an activation fee. This doesn't make sense because the activation fee was set up to be paid via my Verizon bill when I ordered the new line and the new phone, and SIM cards are supposed to come free from Verizon. There was other confusion and frustration in store that I won't go into right now except to say that the salesperson seemed noticeably irritated with me wanting to do things differently than the way she was telling me it had to be. I ended up leaving without getting a SIM card because something didn't seem right and it didn't seem like it was going to get any better (we had been going in circles for 5 to 10 minutes at that point). I thought that this was a Verizon company store, but have since found out that it is not. It seems that this authorized dealer doesn't train its employees to treat people the way Verizon employees would treat customers. Plus they might charge extra for things that are supposed to be free or that you have already paid for online. I left the store feeling abundantly confused and frustrated at my experience. My only relief has been finding out afterward that this is not actually a Verizon company store, which helps me to understand why I wasn't treated the way I am used to being treated at Verizon. I recommend avoiding this store and heading to the Verizon company store on Hilltop instead. I'm giving two stars (not one star) because at least I did not feel pressured by the salesperson to stay or purchase anything.

I'm a new customer of under a week of verizons home internet. I sat on phone today with customer service ( so they call it ) and got nothing taken care of except blown off. Only to then be connected to the local store. At that time Cameron answered phone and told me to hurry up he don't have time to deal with me ( a cudtomer ) because he was busy. Very unprofessional behavior from verizon staff. So they just lost customer that all was wanting to do was add a phone to the already service I had.

So, my screen protector on my I-phone 15 pro max was cracked. Stopped in at this office and had them replace it. The Technician put it on slightly crooked. It formed bubbles that I couldn’t rub out. And the next day it fell off. Went to a different store, and they didn’t have any replacements screens. Told me I would have to go back to the store I bought the screen from. And see if they would credit me or replace it. Pretty disappointed in this recent service, of both stores.

Went there last evening for what should’ve been a simple pick up, walked out being charged for stuff that wasn’t aware I was going to be charged worker tried to have us buy stuff that we weren’t truly interested in and made us feel like we had no say was very much aggravated with the whole visit we will not be back.
