Danny was very helpful exploring my upgrade options. He researched and explained the differences. When my phone arrived, he set it up, transferred my data, and helped other customers. His knowledge, help, and cheerful attitude made the experience pleasant. He's transferred to another store in Fort Collins. I highly recommend visiting Danny for any mobile device help.

Each experience has taken hours, and nothing is simple. A simple trade-in took over an hour just to turn in old phones. No consideration for customer's time.

The staff member was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in diagnosing my phone problem. Setting me up with a replacement, he discovered and resolved other account issues. My overall experience was A+. I was treated fairly, with respect, and was happy with my new phone.

I've been at this location three times in three weeks. The first time, there was a heated customer discrepancy. The next day, our new phones wouldn't connect to the network. The issue was corrected. Now, I've been here over 30 minutes just trying to drop off our old phones. One guy at the counter, and I can hear people talking behind a closed door but no service. I'll choose a different location next time after spending close to five hours in this store over the last three weeks. Apparently, that first customer discrepancy was warranted. Don't choose this location unless you've got half a day or more to burn. Awful service.

The shop owner should be present, or at least a manager who knows operations and can do everything asked. Horrible management, and the owner has no clue how to run a business. Boots on the ground! Period! I wrote an email to WeCare@victra.com. Don't give me some automated caring crap.
