Danny was very helpful when I visited the store to explore my upgrade options. He researched the options and explained the differences. When my phone arrived, he set it up, transferred my data from my old phone, and helped other customers. His knowledge, help, and cheerful attitude made the experience all the more pleasant. I understand he has transferred to another store in Fort Collins while attending college. I highly recommend visiting Danny for any mobile device help you may need.
Each experience has taken multiple hours and nothing can be simple. Was told something simple like a trade in would take no time. Took over an hour just to turn in old phones. No consideration is taken into account for customer's time.
Staff (name?) Was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional in determining the problem with my phone. In setting me up with a replacement phone he discovered other problems with my account and was able to quickly resolve those issues. My overall experience was A+. I was treated fairly, with respect, and was happy with my new phone.
Been at this location 3 times in the last 3 weeks. First time, there was a customer discrepancy that got a little heated, didn't think anything of it. Had to return next day because our new phones wouldn't connect to the network. Issue was corrected, now been here over 30 minutes trying to just drop off our old phones. One guy at the counter, can hear people talking behind a closed door but no service. Will choose a different location next time after spending close to 5 hours in this store over the last 3 weeks. Apparently that first customer discrepancy I witnessed was warranted, don't chose this location unless you've got half a day or more to burn. Awful service
This shop owner should be there himself. At the very least a manager, that knows operations and can do all what is asked. Horrible management and Owner has no clue how to run a buisness. Boots on the ground! Period! You bet your butt I wrote an email to WeCare@victra.com. Dont give me some automated caring crap either.
