I was promised a $1000 credit off my 2 galaxy s 24 ultra devices and ryan only gave me a $700 off promotion and told me I didn't need to trade in my phones to get the $1000 promo and our bill would be around $70 for each a month. So I drive back to greeley from ault the next day and he said it was his mistake and he would fix it. Well all Mr ryan did was put a stupid $124 credit onto bill and called it a day, lying to me once again that the $1000 off for each phones had been applied. Ive now been on the phone with support every day for the past 10 days and he messed my account up so bad that none of them can even fix it and now my bill is $107 each a month with no verizon insurance or anything a total of $215 just for 2 24 ultra devices, when we signed up for paying around $70 a month like he advertised. I would not recommend going to any victra stores but especially this one!! I absolutely hate being lied to.
I am very thankful that Omar was there to help. He has so much patience with customers and co-workers alike! He even stayed late to make sure that I had phone service. Thanks to his knowledge and persistence, he really made what could have been a bad experience much easier to deal with.
Went to the Greeley Mall location in CO. We worked with Bietriz, and I can’t say enough good things. We had many many many (5 hours worth) of bumps in the road to no fault of her, and she stayed with us to work everything out and smooth it over. She made sure we were taken care of & went above and beyond. For how we were treated tonight, I will not go to any other Verizon location. You rock girl and deserve the biggest raise and bottle of wine!! Thank you so much.
Was promised a 2 free month promotion when signing up, and promptly got a bill from Verizon the next week and they have no knowledge of any promotion. Was also charged a $30 nonrefundable set up fee, when I asked what the $30 payment was for in the store I was told it's taxes on the free months of service. No set up was performed. Called the store for help with the charges and they offered to sell me more Verizon products and then transferred me to corporate.
We had a multi service request which included upgrading a phone, removing a line, and transferring content from an old phone to a newer one. Bella was our service rep and was exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional. We are very happy with our experience and will return when we are ready to upgrade again
