Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great service, friendly staff, they even educate me along the way with details about the car and specs, staying objective and clear with information. Love this place, I've been to many a bad/dismissive car service establishment so highly recommend.

I normally go to the Valvoline on hover but decided to try this location yesterday because I heard they are tremendously better. Service was great and everyone was nice. They even checked my battery which the one on hover has never done before. The only complaint I have is that the younger guy who was closing my hood at the end of the service was struggling to do so and ended up breaking/popping off a piece that goes in the slot where my hood stand leg sits to hold the hood open and I watched as he just pretended he didn’t see that he had done that and just close my hood and walk away. I didn’t bring it up as it was a piece that I knew my car wasn’t going to miss but the audacity he had to just pretend it didn’t happen was crazy.

These guys rock. I trust they do honest quality work because I bought my own oil and filter and accidentally bought one gallon of the wrong weight , they caught it and at no charge got me right and rolling. I most definitely support this place and will be back for more service when I'm in the area as an over the road driver!!!!! Don't change a thing guys , you rock!!!!!!!
