Valvoline Instant Oil Change

A bit shiesty, tried to tell me that I showed up without an oil cap. Luckily someone else found the oil cap and then the guy tried to tell me that I showed up with it off and just sitting in the engine bay. Mmmmm I doubt that buddy, I know for a fact that it was screwed on correctly because I am not stupid. I was shocked they tried to lie to me like that right in my face. I would have recommended 10/10 times prior to this, unfortunately I can no longer do as such.

The service at the Longmont on South Hover location was everything one would expect from a rapid oil change facility. The service was quick and preformed in a professional friendly manner. I will return.

Very quick, efficient and professional service. Staff are always nice and always explain the work being done. They ask questions and ensure everything is done properly.

It is really reassuring having your staff clarify verbally what they're doing with my vehicle. I also like the fact that I can stay in my vehicle why this is happening, reassuring me that everything that is being performed correct

My team (Marlana, Marcus, Cody) were great! Marlana is so friendly and helpful in explaining the state of things. She has a good manner with customers, and isn't pushy on what else your car might need.
