I recently visited this location to have the screen protector on my Galaxy Fold 5 replaced, and my experience was very disappointing. After the replacement, I noticed a scratch on the screen. The representative claimed the scratch was on the screen protector and insisted there was nothing they could do about it. Additionally, there was dust trapped under the screen protector, which I pointed out with evidence. When I requested a replacement, they refused, saying it could damage my screen. Instead, they offered me a $10 discount, which I found completely unsatisfactory. I didn’t want a discount—I just wanted a properly installed screen protector. They later reached out to ask about my experience, and I replied with details about the issue, but I never received a response. To make matters worse, just a few days later, the screen protector started peeling off. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Update: I have already reached out to the email provided but, unfortunately, did not receive a helpful solution. It doesn’t seem like the team is taking this issue as seriously as stated.

The man working this is very unstable. I went in to ask about a claim and he was all over the place. Very rude and pushy about me starting the claim instead of explaining the process to me. Also the front is empty so there is no one there to greet you. I waney able to get my phone fix because Verizon doesn’t cover batteries. I will never come back to this location. That man (didn’t get his name because he didn’t greet us) was unstable and if he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be working there. I was the 2/8/25

This was my first time using uBreakiFix and I must say I truly had a wonderful experience. Prices were a little higher than I had expected but at the end it was worth every penny!! I live in Dedham and went to the branch at 320 Washington Street in Dedham. I left my phone there around 1:30pm and after doing my errands I went back at 3pm and it was all set and ready to be picked up. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Made an appointment for a new charging port on a Samsung S23 that wouldn't maintain a tight connection. Owner looked at it, said it was probably dirty, came back after about 2 minutes and said "all set". Wouldn't take any money for his time. Appreciate the fast and excellent customer service.

Very prompt service from a knowledgeable staff and great customer service attitude - I had an issue with a physical SIM card that was stuck inside the phone after the sim tray broke - they extracted it out and refused to charge me. Previously they helped me replace the broken screen for my phone at a good price as well. Highly recommend this spot for all your cell/laptop issues.
