Very friendly and knowledgable team at uBreakiFix. Loren handled all the intake and insurance claim side of fixing my phone and went above and beyond to make sure it was all repaired and covered by my phone carrier's insurance plan and that all the parts were available. Allison was the one who fixed my phone and I was shocked when it was returned to me in literally new condition! They were extremely fast and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

I recently visited u Break I Fix to get my phone screen replaced, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Right after they fixed it, my phone started acting up the screen went completely blank. When I restarted it, the display came back, but the next day, it stayed black the entire day even though the phone was still on. When I returned to the store to ask what went wrong, instead of taking responsibility, they simply told me it was "covered under insurance" and that I had to call them again for another check. The worst part was the attitude of the staff the girl who assisted me was incredibly rude. When I politely asked her to fix the issue, she looked at me as if I had asked for a kidney! For a repair shop, their service should include proper diagnostics and accountability, not just pushing customers away after a faulty repair. I expected better professionalism and courtesy, especially after paying for their service. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

They did a great job replacing the screen on my s23 ultra. They also clean out the charge port and speakers and optimize the phone. It did take about 4 hours for the work to be done, so be prepared for that. I highy recommend them though.

The other location on 41st was not very helpful, as i had to get the front and back glass replaced, so I took a chance and called this location. They went above and beyond to fix my phone so I didn't have to get it replaced. It looks BRAND NEW! Allison was super friendly and got it done really quickly. I am so pleased and grateful. Thanks, Allison!

Allison was awesome, she was so kind and helpful when I took my smashed phone into the store. She helped me get everything transferred off my old damaged phone! Amazing customer service!
