Ricardo was super nice and helpful to fix my iPad (ninth generation). My son had dropped a Hydro jug on it and cracked the screen, and I thought it wasn’t replaceable until we looked up UbreakitIfixit. The one bottom still worked and you could tap on the apps but the crack looked done for. I went in for a quote and it took maybe less than 15 minutes. I dropped it off and 48 hours later I picked up the repaired iPad with the added screen glass protector (cost additional $30). My total cost was about $190. Maybe it’s cheaper elsewhere but that’s super convenient for me and right by Costco too!

Great team, fast intake service and completion (less than 2 hours). It was super easy to process even using my insurance. The technician, Brayden, did a great installation job for my screen as well. Seth on their team also helped me during the intake and checkout process. He made it an easy process to go through.

I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tower and I drove it here because of all of the great reviews. I was given a very reasonable time estimate for how long it will take to diagnose, which was 3-5 days to diagnose and up to two weeks to repair, if they needed to order a part. They had called me back within the day of dropping off with the diagnosis. Seth, who worked on my computer, was great about answering any of my questions about the repair. Turns out it was my hard drive. When I went to pick it up, even though I ended up coming in very close to closing, Ricardo was super friendly, and great about giving me information about how to recover the data from my old hard drive. They went above and beyond on expectations, and an estimated one to two weeks took one and a half days.

Can you get great service today? Yes you can at UbreakIfix in Lehi. My son’s iPad had something that was wrong with the charging port. Ricardo welcomed me in with a smile and great news that it was a simple, cheap fix. Lucas fixed the problem in like 2 minutes and I was out the door. They even cut me a deal from the wheel! If you have an electronics problem and you’re freaking out that your kid’s electronic is seriously broken, take a derp breath snd bring it to UbreakIfix. You’ll probably get a repair done, and they won’t over charge you for it. Ask for Ricardo and Lucas and you’ll be leaving super happy!!!!!
