uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Dropped off a phone for a warranty repair - screen went black with a green line (pixel). The person said it would be ready in 2 hours. I don't live nearby so I asked if they could call me when it's ready so there isn't any extra time in traffic. The 2 hours passed and no call. I assumed if they finished early they would call me because why not? When I didn't get a call I assumed they must still be working on it or it was worse than initially suspected. When I walked in the guy just brought it out and said "here you go." So it WAS ready and you just didn't want to call?? I asked what ended up being the problem with it and he said, "it was broken, but you're all good now." Yes, I know it was broken, that's why I'm here - where is the detail as to why - I got nothing. As fast as I dropped it off is as fast as he wanted me out. I wanted more details to avoid this issue in the future or anything really - nothing. Nice guy, but the people skills is poor and the lack of a phone call - after request & verifying my number - in addition to the brush off on the details. No thanks bud. If this wasn't an authorized repair partner for Google, I wouldn't step a foot in here.

Phone carrier was no help fixing my issue. However, the guys at the store were awesome ( 2-phones no data service for almost a month) and they fixed both in one day. The prices are great and the employees are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them!

This place is a complete rip-off if you need to replace a battery. They wanted to charge me $140 to replace by battery in my $300 phone. The kits you can buy online are only like $25-40.

Took my laptop in to get my laptop track pad reseated and windows 10 installed on a new hard drive. After three weeks, no work was done on my computer. More staff is needed, and I'll still give them another shot, but it was a frustrating experience.

Got the job done at a good price. These reviews left me with some doubts, but i ultimately said f#ck it and came here anyway. My phone camera glass lens broke, and i came to get it replaced. The price was decent, and it was ready within 2 hours. The guys that helped me out were nice, too. My camera lens looks good as new.
