Paul is an amazing person! I went in with my phone with a white line that was along the screen on the left side and the outer frame taken off, it was quite destroyed. However, Paul brought my phone back to life, brand new. He explained everything needed to be fixed, he ordered my part as fast as he could after he saw it was the only one left, and he made sure everything was in top shape before handing the phone to me. If you want to know that your phone will be fixed guaranteed, then bring it to Paul and he will make sure your device is returned almost brand new! If you also want to know what you are paying for and understand what is being fixed, he is happy to help you. Definitely would recommend and will come back if I run into any other issues! AT&T sent me an email asking me to get my device checked. I had been having trouble with my phone and wondered if it needed to be replaced which was not a happy thought. Paul at uBreakiFix was efficient and helped assuage my concerns. My phone is fine and needed to be switched off once a month. He also told me why my old phone was having problems. UBreakiFix is run by Asurion where one can go for technical problems. After the pandemic both AT&T and the Apple stores were no longer willing to help fix problems and seem to only be there to replace a device. This company has many branches all over the city and Paul did such a good job and helped explain it in simple terms that I was relieved. The name is also catchy.

I'm really happy with the job Paul did replacing the battery on my Galaxy S21+. He's a straight shooter and a total pro and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns about the repair process, water seal integrity and data security. He showed me the fresh Samsung OEM battery replacement kit he had in stock and my phone was ready in 90 minutes for a reasonable price. The phone was returned in impeccable condition and is holding a charge like it used to. I seldom leave reviews, but this little neighborhood shop is a rare gem.

Huge shoutout to Paul for his incredible service! Apple told me my iPhone had a motherboard issue, and I was almost convinced I needed a new phone. Thankfully, Paul’s expertise saved me from that costly decision. His knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help truly set him apart. Fantastic! Quick fix from a specialist who knows what he is doing and is passionate about it. We had an iphone with cracked front and back and the front was a deep crack I wasn't sure that could be fixed it was so deep. Three hours later I had it back looking like the day I bought it. Amazing work. thanks so much.
