uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

My experience was pretty good, however I was disappointed because the guy sold me a cracked screen. The services were affordable and he was extremely nice with his customer service. I just can’t help but feel a little ripped off. A glass screen protector I was expecting to be brand new. It just seems shady. I didn’t bother to go back and complain. Other than that my daughter’s iPad was completely fixed and I have no complaints for that.

This is the second device I brought into this store on Hallandale just East of I-95. The first was an Iphone i took swimming for three days on a cruise. It finally died /drowned on the third day. The second item is an HP laptop where I broke a hinge and as a result, the screen cracked. They were able to fix both in a very reasonable time. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend these guys. They are always very pleasant and professional. They gave me reasonable expectations and both times succeeded! Yay!

I was very pleased with Jose. He was friendly and very professional about handling my phone problem. And he was good with his words when he told me how long the waiting was going to be. Even though I live far, if I ever break something again, I will definitely come back. The long drive was totally worth it for me. I highly recommend this store to fix your broken things.
