uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

uBreakifix repaired my pixel 8 and it was covered by google. It had a vertical silver streak on the right side. It was fixed within 3 hours. They work on some computers too!

I took my iPhone 14 with a shattered display, and they fixed it the same day. They offered alternatives to the super expensive Apple originals, which helped me save some money. They were swift and even gracious enough to wait for me a few extra minutes on a Sunday afternoon to pick up my phone. I highly recommend their service, but don't trust their appointment system; it does not reflect the correct hours when the store is open. Just give them a call!

The repair was good. Only complaint is they told me they would call when it was done. I waited around in the area for 2 hrs (their est time for completion) - no call. I finally called them and was told oh ya it’s on the “done” shelf. When I asked why they hadn’t called like they said they would I got an excuse but no apology. If it is not standard practice to call: it should be. You should follow through on what you say you’re going to do. Your customer’s time is just as valuable as yours. Be respectful and considerate of your customer.

My phone was malfunctioning and I was so stressed about it. I didn't know what was going on. They were so informative and understanding. They were able to get my phone fixed the same day within a few hours. They were so amazing and I was so incredibly grateful to them. Great people! Exceptional service! A gem of a place. The repair was quick, the service was great, and the price was lower than most other places I checked. The guys there really know what they're doing! My phone works great and looks brand new! (I had my screen replaced).
