Took a iPhone 15 Pro Max front screen not working at all got phone fixed and less than two hours. Highly recommend this place. Explain everything also you before repairs.

Absolutely horrible. Dropped my phone off for screen replacement and 7 hours later my phone was screwed. They said the had to factory reset so I lost a lot. Install a new operating system didn't work. So had to buy a new phone for $1300. Totally screwed!

I brought my custom rig here when I had an issue I was unable to fix myself. It took a while but they figured it out and got me up and running. Couldn't be happier and more impressed with the skill of these guys. Now I know I have a place I can go if I ever have issues I can't solve on my own.

What started as a negative and unhelpful experience with another employee was repaired and resolved in working with Derrick. He was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained the process he was going to take and went out of his way to provide exceptional customer service and “save the day” by ensuring my son’s switch was repaired. I will be returning in the future with tech issues that arise. Thank you Derrick!

Amazing is simply how I'd put their service. They answered all by question especially explaining all the things I wanted to know since I'm a DIY person. They were quick to inform me if anything occurred and they got the job done in a quick reasonable time. Overall 10/10 experience.
