It took three orders to get a replacement screen that worked - but this can be chalked up to the vendor and not the service provider. Both gentlemen I dealt with were kind and knowledgeable. Probably the most impactful aspect (aside from the service) was the engagement with my son. It's always nice when other people are kind to your kids.

Rather than assisting with my phone repair, I received my phone back in worse condition. And had to pay them $100 to tell me what I already knew and get my phone back with a broken back. I dropped my phone off in mid May and heard from them saying they would send it to the Kennesaw workshop within a couple of days of dropping it off and then never heard from them again. I had to call 3 times to ask for updates and they were disorganized and had to find an update for me. This may be because my phone was a brick but I'd still like to know instead of waiting anxiously for a call for 2 months. Went to thr store twice before I was able to pick up my phone. They did give me a 10% discount once I complained but I won't be going back.

My laptop screen unexpectedly stopped working right before I went out of country, and this ubreakifix location saved my trip! I called the store to request an expedited fix, and Morgan got on the phone with the manufacturer right away, explained the issue clearly, and took all steps to ensure my laptop would get fixed quickly. Couldn’t recommend working with Ethan and Morgan highly enough! They got the job done quickly, efficiently, and with so much warmth and empathy. 10/10 recommend!

Went in at the recommendation of Mobile. I had a brand new Samsung tablet, but the charging portal wasn't working with the charger. The man who helped me was able to clean it in two minutes and check the charge. It seems to be working perfectly now, and I didn't have to pay anything. I truly appreciate the quick service and fix! Definitely recommend their services!
