uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Go to another location. Used UBreakiFix all my life, but only at the East Cobb location bc they've been nothing but honest. They sent me to this branch bc their systems were down after the hurricane. Never have I ever seen a more dishonest technician, who checked it in with damage talking about dents and scratches at check-in when I saw the receipt upon pickup. He called me days later saying Samsung likely wouldn't replace the warranty bc there were "dents on the hinge," and that he could do the job out of warranty...scam. I told him to send me images thru email bc there wasn't anything like that before drop off, and Morgan from East Cobb could confirm, to which he replied "Morgan isn't as detailed as I am." Ok, you can even check the photos below. Even now, please see attached images - not any noticeable dent, nor the "cracked glass or damage" as the receipt says. I even took off the screen protector before repair to make sure I didn't get scammed like the news has recently reported some shops do. Had a bad feeling about a new location, and I was unfortunately right. Good thing I recorded EVERYTHING. Then, upon pickup, I saw that the inner screen had a scratch and bubbled up, so I went to them and showed them a pre-repair photo I had taken of the issue. But they got aggressive and tried to gaslight that it wasn't there before and it "just happens." I'm not taking a phone that is in worse condition than drop off. Dude who called me and told me about the "dents" even said there are cameras to try to gaslight me. I said check them and check the photos you took to send to Samsung for approval...it wasn't there, and call Morgan from the East Cobb store bc he had looked closely earlier before sending the device to this location and found no visible marks on the screen. After I said this, they replaced it, and I can respect a manager who trusts his employees, but he wasn't there to inspect on check-in and he tried gaslighting me into taking back a phone in worse condition than when it was dropped off. Yeah right, you would've notated the lifted screen bc you notated things that weren't even there. Choose an honest repair shop like UBreakIFix East Cobb, and avoid this location bc they lie straight to your face, even in light of cameras, pre-repair photos, and their own chain's manager's inspection from the same day. Where are the "significant dents that affect the inner screen on the hinge" and the "cracked glass?" Take your business elsewhere.

Very quick and efficient with their work pricing is much more than reasonable as well. They did fantastic with my device! Repair turn around for my phone was less than two hours

This location of You break I fix is exceptionally lucky to have Tyler and Drew as their daily staff. These guys were outstanding and they knew their stuff so well. don’t just do a job they clearly are just tech guys who really like the ins and outs and details of all the different phone models and how to Best assist the customer with the best advice and repair. I’ve had multiple interactions with them and really appreciate that they are there! Thanks!

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service from these guys. The gentleman that came out to fix my daughter’s screen was very professional, nice, and informative. The repair took very little time. It was all a painless process. Would highly recommend.

Didn’t purchase insurance on iPhone 15 plus. Probably should have. Couldn’t find phone one morning & washer was making a strange noise, yup, phone was in washer for approx. 15 minutes. Cracked screen, but after drying for a couple of hours, the phone still worked! A few months later the crack is getting worse and new screens are about $400. I took the phone to Tyler at ubreakifix & he replaced the cracked glass SCREEN PROTECTOR for less than $30.00. Tyler proves all hero’s don’t wear capes! Go see him.
