Staff is nice, but the times I was given for repairing devices aren't super accurate. I was told 1–2 days because of needing to fix something, but it's looking like it might take longer. I'll update this if the 1–2 day timeframe I was given ends up being accurate Again, everyone there is super awesome and friendly. It's just the time frames, and I was never given a call back when I was told I would receive one

One of the screens does not look like it was installed properly. I told the guy and he said that that is how it supposed to look. To top it off I was told I was going to get 20 dollars off of each tablet by the rep who took the tablets and also the phone recording when I call for a quote. The guy that helped me seemed like he did not care and I did not get my discounts.

Best customer service for repairs in the state. Got my buds 3 pro fixed really fast. Adalid is very polite, he goes above and beyond to help you with the best professionalism, a great attitude, kindness, and good jokes. He totally deserves the praise and a raise!!! This is the 3rd time I have got services from this company, and this is my favorite location now!

Steven, Manager, and Sean, Lead Technician, are highly professional and customer oriented. I had a broken internal screen and, when I was given the Work Order quote, the parts were ordered so they arrived quickly. And, when they did arrive, they prioritized my installation. They know there stuff and, while it's always hard to have a broken phone, they made the process as easy as possible.

Fast. Courtesy. Honest. Informative. What more can I say. Straight customer service. Some gimmicks bit hey the guy was doing his job. But over all he cut through the bs and helped me save money and my devices. Definitely, earned a repeat customer here. Good job. 👏
