uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

This is the second time uBreakiFix has saved me! They gave clear expectations and a cost estimate when I called. My phone was fixed within the promised timeline. Excellent service! I'm happy to have my phone back and working perfectly again!

My first experience with uBreakiFix, and I was very satisfied. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He salvaged a part from a "graveyard" computer instead of ordering one, which saved time and money. The turnaround was very quick, considering I brought it in an hour before closing and got it back two hours after they opened the next morning.

Yesterday, I brought in my water-damaged iPhone. I was quoted $40 for a consult + $188 for the cheapest aftermarket screen ($228 total). After 3 hours, they said the water damage was beyond repair and recommended a new iPhone. Today, iSupply on Vets fixed my phone after 3 hours for $40 + $108 ($148 total). I'm giving one star because: - They gave a misleading and incorrect assessment. - Their technicians couldn't fix what another store could. - Their price was $80 higher.

uBreakiFix on Magazine St. in New Orleans did a great job repairing my phone. They were helpful and answered all my questions. They turned around the repair in about 3 hours. I would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.
