I loved that they were able to fix my iPad screen within a few hours. Friendly service as well. I took off a star because they didn’t check the product after fixing and the home button was really hard to push. I had to take it back and if I wanted a really good fix on it, I would have to leave for another 2-4 hrs, so they really cleaned it to take off the extra glue but it is still not as easy to push. Bummer because it would have been 5 star rating if they had only checked if everything was working properly before giving it back.
It was super easy. I just dropped of my phone to get the back glass repaired and picked it up later. No problems whatsoever. It looks brand new! Staff is super friendly as well. Only thing that’s confusing is their hours. Online is different from what it says on their door. Always call first to make sure they haven’t closed yet. I had to wait to pick my phone up until the morning because they closed an hour earlier than what it said online.
I wish I had come to this store before I bought a new phone. My old phone had been run over and the screen was smashed across the top. I made an assumption it was beyond repair. I brought it to uBreakiFix in the hope they could transfer what was on the old phone to my new phone. They were able to do this with no problem. They also determined that all I needed was a new screen on the old phone. 🤦♀️. So lesson learned. Bring your devices to them to check out before replacing the damaged device. I also appreciated the friendly and patient staff who assisted me.
The team at the Parker uBreakIFix were great! They patiently walked me through all of the steps to get my phone prepped for a screen replacement then had it ready in 1.5hrs. It's back to looking like the day I bought it after it took a long fall (dropped it from my roof on to my driveway while putting up Christmas lights).
I’ve used their services on several occasions, and I have been very happy. However, in this instance, after replacing the internal fan and screen, and after taking it home, I found there was no audio. Nothing I could do would bring audio on. We have yet to see how they handled this problem. 12/27/2024. Update: they took the laptop in and repaired connections that had come loose during their replacement of the fan. Presently, at no charge, they have made the laptop good and workable.
