Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. They'll waste your time, worsen your problems, and then shrug it off like it's no big deal. I took my PS5 to uBreakiFixIt because it was shutting off after two hours of use. I specifically asked for a proper diagnosis and cleaning. They claimed they "cleaned" it, but when I got it back, the problem was even worse--it started shutting off after just 30 minutes. When I brought it back and explained the issue, they dismissed it entirely and told me there was "nothing wrong" with the console. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. They clearly didn't care to investigate the issue properly or take accountability for making things worse. They also left a bunch of scratch marks on the console.
I had an amazing experience here. The crew was able to fix my phone for free by just tightening a loose connection. It gave me a lot of faith in this shop after bringing my phone there other times. It's clear that they value their customers and do quality work.
Best customer service! I damaged my old iPhone 13 and upgraded to an iPhone 15. They transferred the data from my old phone to my new iPhone and got me going again! A+++
Exceptional service! If you need a repair for your phone, computer, TV, or console, go to uBreakiFix in Lone Tree! They were the only store that had my phone screen in stock after I tried three others (iPhone 15 pro). After replacing my screen, they tested my phone and found that some cameras weren't working. They asked if I still wanted the screen replacement, knowing my phone wouldn’t be fully functional. Despite knowing I wouldn’t keep/buy the new screen, they let me use the phone with the new screen to navigate on it one last time to save my data (for a small fee) which took me all afternoon. Their professionalism and empathy made all the difference!
Dropped the phone off before 4 to get the work done the same day. We were told it would be done before closing at 7p.m. we never got an update on the work order so we tried to call but the phones don't work. Showed up several times to check the status of our phone and at 7 they still weren't finished. We came back the next day, mid day to pick up the phone. Again the phone wasn't working so we couldn't check the status. The update also never came to us. At check out they couldn't provide me a receipt because the system still wasn't working for Samsung allegedly. Believe this all happened because the man behind the counter was called sir but after looking at the work order the paperwork said Seraphine v. So more than likely he was upset. Travis M helped us today and was helpful but the system and phone system still wasn't working. Travis told us the phones haven't worked for 2 months. This is unacceptable.
