The associates here are all very knowledgeable and they were able to fix my PC in less than 3 weeks, whereas the manufacturer quoted me almost 4 months! I'd especially like to thank John and Luna! John let me in 5 minutes early to retrieve my device, and Luna was the one who fixed the issues. I'll be coming here exclusively for any future repairs with any of my devices.

Geek squad left me in a tight fix (without a fix lol) after driving down the mountain. I walked in and the worker (can’t recall their name but they had some fun colored hair!) was so sweet and straight forward about the process and price and even the time frame for my phone to get fixed. I got the back glass fixed same day and they have gained a customer in me (though of course no one wants to have their device break- it’s nice to know I can rely on this company and shop for my future repair needs).

I broke my phone about 8:30 this morning- shattered the lens cover. I showed up a little after 10am, when they opened. I had my phone back by 2pm. The tech was super efficient and very knowledgeable. And they didn't judge 🤣 will 100% go back when I do something dumb again.

I feel bad leaving this review for the storefront because the person who helped was very nice but I took in my console for an HDMI port fix. I was told it would be sent off and would also need to be gone through and just have an overall check. Took a little over a month and when I got it back and turned it on it said it was shut down improperly, super weird professionals would shut it down incorrectly and it had a ton of updates needed. Would assume that would have been done while it was getting worked on and diagnosed: how did they even work on it if it wasn’t updated? I spent about $10 less getting it fixed when I could have just got a refurbished one and not waited 5 weeks. I’m super disappointed

Got a battery changed on short notice during the holidays on my iPhone 13 pro. John did an excellent job! Highly recommend!
