uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

My phone carrier made me go here to get my screen fixed. The customer service wasn't great. They didn't contact me when my phone was ready, so I couldn't get it until the following day. The screen replacement was also poor quality; it only lasted a month before half of it turned green.

I dropped off a controller in May and was told it would be a couple of weeks. It's now July, two months later, and I've never been contacted about it. I check in now and again since I drive by the store often. I'm told they have new management, and my controller is in pieces on the manager's desk. A guy came in while I was there to get his phone battery replaced and was told it would be ready the next day...yet I've waited two months. Update: They contacted me today (July 19th), and my controller is fixed. They didn't charge me full price due to the wait time. They also told me there had been previous repairs on it, which might explain the issues I had. I'm glad they acknowledged the long wait and compensated me for it.

They replaced a cracked, malfunctioning screen on my son's Samsung phone within three hours and at the quoted price. It's running beautifully now. I am very grateful as the device is critical to his medical applications.

I took my Samsung cell phone in expecting to be told I had to get a new one. The area around the cameras was cracked and broken. They replaced the glass and returned my phone to me in less than 24 hours! Very knowledgeable and personable team!
