uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

My phone carrier made me go here to have my screen fixed. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by the staff at the front desk was not great. There was a lack of communication, as they failed to contact me when my phone was ready for pick-up, despite having my contact information. So I couldn't get my phone until the following day. The quality of the screen replacement was subpar, as it only lasted for a month before half of the screen turned green.

You guys were awesome. Made it possible to retrieve my contacts and pictures cause I didn't save anything in the cloud. You guys rock. Super friendly. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work.

So far I'm not impressed. Dropped off a controller in May. Told it would be a couple weeks cause they were behind. I've never been contacted about it at all(did find a contact from June 15th but no voicemail just a missed call) I drive by the store most days so check in now and again. It's July ...2 months after I dropped it off. I'm told they have changed management and my controller is in pieces on the managers desk. I came in last week and was told it would be done which is why I came by. While there A guy came in to have his battery replaced on his phone it will be ready tomorrow...yet I've waited 2 months without anyone giving me updates. If I have to pay the full price for the repair I'm going to be upset. There is just bad business Update: still disappointed in the turn around time however was contacted today(July 19) and my controller is fixed and they didn't charge me full price for the repair due to the wait time. They did inform me that there had been previous repairs on it which might explain why i,had issues with it in the 1st place. I'm glad they realized it was a long wait time and chose to compensate me for that time.

They replaced a cracked, malfunctioning screen on my son's Samsung phone within three hours and at the cost quoted to me. It's running beautifully now. I am very grateful as the device is critical to his medical applications.

I took my Samsung cell phone in expecting to be told that I had to get a new cell phone. The area around the cameras was cracked and broken. Not only did they replace the glass but returned by phone to me in less than 24 hours! Very knowledgeable and personable team!
