Chris is by far one of the most experienced and trustworthy salesman. He is well spoken, well mannered and just 150% professional. He was able to help me switch a screen protector that I had because my old phone was blocking my camera. I told him I was low on money and he didn’t hesitate to help. He earned my business 10 out of 10 times. I also let him know that I live near the Park Meadows location and how they’re never helpful and how I’ll always be driving to come see Chris whenever I have a question now or whenever I need service. 🥇

First time customer. Will come back. Chris & Helen are EXCELLENT. They stayed after hours for complex issues with the other guests and were in the grind, committed to solving their issues (even without proper appreciation in my opinion). Chris’s customer service is TOP NOTCH. Hands down A+, could be selling and leading customer relations for any industry. The lady that helped us was upbeat. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I felt at ease leaving my personal device here to have it diagnosed. Bonus! They have accessories that are more affordable than at a T-mobile store. Definitely come here for any of your electronic needs - they fix it all!!

Chris was very nice! He told us that our phone had a bulging battery. He took care of us and walked us through many different options. He was very thorough and even called other stores to make sure that we could get the battery replaced as quickly as possible. I cant recommend him enough!

What a lifesaver. My phone screen was frozen, phone would not turn off or reboot. I went to a computer store but they're not familiar with phones so they recommended uBreakiFix and they resolved the issue quickly.
