uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

UBreakIFix is a fantastic phone fix shop. They are knowledgeable, fast, honest and they know what they are doing. Their communication is excellent and they kept in touch with me via phone, email and text. This is the second time I have used their service and I highly recommend them. My phone looks brand new!

I love this shop. This is the second time that I brought an iPhone in for repair after visiting a different store. Recently I was told at another place that I should replace the non-charging charger port for well over $100 (that would have to be ordered). I then went to uBreakiFix where the technician quickly identified the problem as dirt/lint buildup from being my pocket. When all it needed was a thorough cleaning (lint from my pocket). For a fraction of the cost I was out of there in 20 minutes with a phone that charges like new. The tech was friendly and efficient. He also suggested I get a port "plug" for a few bucks off Amazon to keep the phone dirt-free while in my pocket. I highly recommend this store for this and any other cell phone problems.

Isaac was top notch & went beyond the call of duty. Excellent communication, patient, professionalism every step through this process. I would 100% recommend this business every time assistance is needed on any type of screen or service that they provide! Store was beautiful, very clean.

Truly a five star experience. My husband dropped my phone in sugar water, long story as to why. Needless to say, it’s started acting weird pretty fast. All of the buttons were really sticky and it wasn’t holding a charge at all. I called and uBreakiFix and they said they could replace the battery. I brought it in and within an hour and a half, Marian (I think they was her name) had the replacement done and she had cleaned the phone including all the buttons (that was free). My phone is totally back to normal and since I use it for work, that is really important to me. They also emailed me when it was done so I had a way of figuring out when I needed to pick it up. Really a wonderful business with great customer service. I’ll be back again!

Super positive experience. In and out for a broken screen in about an hour - saved my day. Marian, in partciluar, was awesome! Fantastic counter service for the myself and the customer in front of me, then got the job done behind the scenes as well. Impressive. Thank you!
