Thanks for all the support y'all have shown me. Also thanks for taking the time to repair my phone like you guys did a great job. Did a great job replacing the screen and it only took 3 to 5 business days so I was satisfied with that time frame. Overall I'm satisfied with y'all service so happy new years.
This is the best place to come get your device fixed. KAY was excellent with great customer service. The best part was I got my phone fixed the same day. This is 10 stars 🌟 establishment.
I am completely unhappy with your stores service. I brought in a PlayStation 5 and a dual sense edge controller for repair on 8/18/24. The PlayStation could not hold a network connection and the dual sense edge controller had stick drift. I was told that it would take a week to diagnose the problem with the PlayStation and a week to repair the dual sense edge controller by replacing the removable stick module. On 10/31/24 I received an email saying the PlayStation 5 was repaired and ready for pickup. So I went in to pick my devices up and was told that the place is under new management and that's why the repair took so long. After paying for the repair I asked is the controller done as well, and was told that my controller was misplaced and needed more time to be found. A few days go by and I called the store to see if there were any updates on the misplaced controller and was told that the controller was lost and will now be replaced by store manager but it will take a few days for the store manager to get back to me. A few weeks ago by and I contact the store again and was told to call the next day when the manager will be in. Next day I call and manager tells me they will replace the controller but I will still have to pay $60 for the original repair order. Today 11/17/24 I go into the store to pay $60 and pick up my replaced controller and tell them the repair on the PS5 wasn't done because it's doing the same thing when I first brought it in for repair. He told me to bring the PS5 back in and they will try again. Then I was handed a stock PS5 dual sense controller instead of a dual sense edge controller. Without paying I told the guy that's not the same type of controller I was told would be replaced and he stated the repair order doesn't say what type of controller was originally brought in by me. At this point I have now gotten robbed and was told by Miguel to take it or leave it. Customer service at this location is trash at its best. I am owed a Dual sense edge controller and a refund or repair of my PS5.
I had a narrow window of time for today before I had to pick up my son. Scheduled a 4-5 appt. Seemed simple enough, even tho last time they came to me, but I guess they don't do that anymore. Tried to call as I was in bad traffic and was going to be a couple of minutes late. No answer, left a message. No return call. Got to store and guy eventually came out of back, in a bad mood as he was not friendly at all. He checked to make sure they had my parts - they did. Told me it would be nearly 3 hours. I asked why set appts. if its going to be outside of the appt. window. He told me he was the only one working and he had 6 phones in front of me. Great waste of time, find somewhere else to go and don't trust the online scheduler, might take 3 hours for a 15 minute repair.
Just wow. Great service. I love that this is like those Japanese hot boi cafes where they have the shirtless men fixing the phones. Noice. Will break my phone on purpose to come back. Wish there was more female energy though. Maybe I just didn’t come when the women were working.
