I brought my Xbox Series X in on the 7th because the power supply was burnt out. They diagnosed it to confirm that was the problem, fixed it in about an hour, contacted me when it was working again, and I picked it up on the 8th. They even showed me it was working before I left the store. I'm so pleased because fixing it this way saved me hundreds of dollars compared to buying a new Xbox Series X. Thank you, Lawrence! I brought my iPhone in for a screen repair. A couple of weeks later, the screen fell off! There was no adhesive between the screen and the rest of the phone, and the touchscreen wouldn't work. The technician was uncooperative and refused to replace the screen because of "physical damage" (most likely caused by the screen coming apart). They offered a measly 30% discount for their mistake.

They fixed my phone quickly and easily. My screen was broken, and someone else had put the wrong kind of screen on it. The service was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay, but still better than Apple's prices.
