Customer Reviews
They hang onto money for several days after tenant pays rent. Money stays in limbo. Unable to resolve issue after multiple messages, lengthy chat. Too difficult for a tenant to pay the rent! Most companies outsource their customer service to foreign companies. This one has American men doing the customer service chat and email, which is highly unusual. Useful service but takes too long to transfer rent payments to bank account even with a premium membership.
Hi, I've really been enjoying the content and functionality provided by TurboTenant. If you need help .managing your rentals, please try TurboTenant. They have excellent customer service and answer most questions at the time you ask them. I've been on TurboTenant for about 3 years now. Also, they have a really excellent library of helpful tips and frequent online training sessions.

UPDATE: I would like to amend my review and tell everyone that TurboTenant followed up on my review and quickly fixed the situation. This is exactly what I was looking for as I am aware that we all make mistakes. It's easy to be happy with a company or business when everything is going smoothly. It's different when you have a problem and I am very pleased to say that They took good care of me. I will be returning to TurboTenant when I purchase my next rental property and need a tenant and a special shout out to KayCee who was extremely helpful in getting this matter resolved. Quick background, I signed up for Turbo Tenant just over a year ago when I was looking for a tenant for my first rental property. I did find a tenant but not through Turbo Tenant. That is not the reason for the single star review. The reason for my one star review is because of their cancellation policy. Turns out, if you don't cancel before the renewal date, you can't get a pro rated refund. You get no refund at all but can continue to use their service until it expires post cancellation. On top of that, they did send me an email 30 days out that my account was up for renewal, which I missed in my sea of emails most people have, but that they were going to charge me only $99. Surprise! Adding insult to injury they didn't charge me the $99 they said they would but $149. I no longer need their service as after my disasterous experience as a landlord, the property was sold and their service is of absolutely zero use to me so it's not like well, I'll keep using it until next December then switch to someone else. They also have no phone number to call and the only way to reach them is through their customer support email address. This is bordering on fraud as I didn't elect to have the automatic renewal when I initially signed up. Completely unethical, even if it is legal. I do intend to obtain more rental property in the future but I will never do business with this company again, or any of it's affiliates and I strongly suggest you shouldn't either. There are far better companies to deal with.
I won’t renew next year, and here’s why: TurboTenant works great—until something important goes wrong. That’s when their so-called "customer support" becomes useless. They double-charged me for my subscription without notifying me of the renewal or the price increase. Naturally, I disputed the charges since the transaction wasn’t even labeled as TurboTenant. How did they respond? By downgrading my account with zero notice—right before the first of the month, when rent payments are due. Their solution? Either I upgrade to their most expensive plan or wait until they get the money back from the dispute reversal. After being a loyal customer, and having pleasant experiences with them I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. TurboTenant clearly doesn't care about customer loyalty, and their response shows it.
