Trek Bicycle Loveland

I brought my E-Mtn bike in for service last week and while they were checking me in they were also looking it over and asking questions. I told them about a couple of issues I had this summer that I wanted looked at. They were very thorough in getting all the details they needed to be able to do a good job. When I called to see if it was ready they explained that my dropper post issue was resolved under warranty which was a big surprise that I got a new one without paying anything extra. I also explained to them that someone had hit my bike rack and made it unusable so they offered to deliver my bike to my house for me. I made arrangements for delivery when I went into pay my bill where I had another Happy Surprise. The bill was about $70 less than my estimate. The people at Trek of Loveland made my day considering the previous day was a bummer when I saw the damage to my bike rack by a Hit and Run person.

Fantastic service from the staff here at Trek Bicycle Loveland. I had a mechanical at Trestle Bike Park. Called multiple Trek dealers looking for a Trek brand specific part. Trek Bicycles Loveland had the part in stock and was able to install it quickly! Thank you Scott Davis for taking the time to give my AXS derailleur the new firmware up date and fine tuning my derailleur.

The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. They blow other bike shops out of the water and I would not hesitate to go back. They're close to a trail so you can go on a nice test ride too.

Specifically, the service department and the customer service they provide. I appreciate that I can trust the Loveland store with my bike(s) and that the repairs they perform are done correctly and in a timely manner. Their customer service is top notch. I have received at least two follow up calls over the years to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that they performed. Those are the things that keep me coming back!

The employees were patient with during my long decision process. The team helped me understand the differences in various components which guided me to the perfect bike. Since purchasing my Trek Roscoe 8 I have gone back to the store for adjustments and continue to receive great knowledge and service.
