We use a Touchsource directory in our building and I ran into an issue with my computer today when I was trying to update a slide show. I submitted a support ticket and was called very quickly. I missed the call, but had a VM message left by Patrick, with his direct line, so I called him and got through immediately. Patrick knew what was causing my issue and was able to clearly and concisely walk me through the steps to fixing the problem. I was back in business right away. I am so appreciative of the fast response and resolution of my problem so I could finish my task and move on with the rest of my day. Thank you!!!

Touchsource is a great company and so easy to work with. I have had very few issues with the service, but whenever I do have a question or change that I cannot seem to resolve on my own, it has been resolved fully and efficiently.

Their products are great.....customer service & technical support 2nd to none. Would recommend TouchSource to anyone looking for a directory in their office building.
