The Phone Plug

I have been going to the phone plug for every repair for about a year now. Their staff is always professional and kind and the repairs are done flawlessly. The last repair I did was for a trade in phone where the Xfinity store was giving me a hard time. The staff at the phone plug went above and beyond to make sure that my phone was in good condition to trade in and addressed all concerns. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of repairs!

This guy is TOP TIER! I am super grateful I found this business to help me out with a screen crack on a OnePlus 12r and even though he didn't stock it, he had no hesitation in ordering me one, getting it fixed very fast and giving me updates as it went along! I did have an issue with the new screen having a green line but he still went above and beyond in getting me re-ordered for a new screen and replaced a week later! Truck driver from Miami just driving through Denver.. samsung ultra 23 screen cracked in Ohio called about 10 places along my route every price was $400-$440 and no one had my screen in stock. I called the phone plug 2 hrs away.. They said price $315 they have the part in stock not to mention they can do the work in under an hour.. truly a blessing back on the road again.. I wish they were everywhere across America 🙏
