Had the best experience in the appliance department!! I ordered a samsung washer/ dryer from HD and was having so many problems with Samsung trying to give me two different colors when I wanted them to match. Samsung was also trying to send them sooner than I needed them. However, Chris from Home Depot did an awesome job ensuring I had the correct set and color I wanted. He was so nice, professional and made my experience excited to buy more appliances for my new home!! Thank you Chris !!!

I ordered a stackable washer and dryer. Not only did the man not take the old washer and dryer but he left his tools in my house. My daughter was the only one home and now we are missing our iPad. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HOME DEPOT. They use a third party and steal from you. I will never go there ever again.

Typical local Home Depot. It has a great selection of items for the home & garden, and has a nice variety of tools. Equipment rental is available. I dropped a star due to the lack of employee support when it’s needed. I almost always have to walk around to find someone, only to find out that person can’t help me but will help find someone else that can actually help me with a particular area that I’m looking at. Very frustrating. My last visit was 1/4 productive shopping and 3/4 standing around waiting or walking around looking for someone to help me.

Home depot doesn't need much of a review these days. They have damn near anything you could possibly need to make home repairs. I do maintenance for a living so even finding parts, tools, etc for commercial jobs is pretty easy here. If they don't have it in the store they can get it. Much more selection and better quality than Lowe's.
