Asked for help trying to buy a power drill; employee sold me an impact driver. They take the box up to checkout so I didn't get to see it until back in my car. I'm pretty sure there is literally one task a hardware store should get right and this is it.

Love going for the free kid’s workshops at the Longmont location. The staff that sets everything up and helps out the families are amazing. They have taken the time to get to know my kids and myself, are so kind and caring, and truly enjoy helping everyone with their projects. I highly recommend these events because your kids learn so much, get to make a toy/game that they are proud of, and work with the wonderful Home Depot staff. Hope this helps those that have considered attending!

Customer service is bad. Went to buy a pretty pricey tool, did all the research and prep myself i only needed to purcjase it, everything is locked up, asked 5 people if they could help, everyone said they couldn't help but they'd send someone right away. I waited 25 minutes for someone to help and got no help, just the same. I'll get someone else answer. I'll try Lowes first next time. Yeah, if you lock everything up, get enough people to help your actual customers.

My husband & I went to the Longmont store after visiting several other stores in the area for an unplanned replacement kitchen refrigerator. We were greeted by a young lady that connected us with Stephen in appliances, Stephen was amazing . We had a conference call going as we did not have measurements but knew what we wanted, Stephen took over 2 hours to find exactly what we needed & was able to work a wonderful deal for us. Thank you Stephen for your excellent service !!
