Wow, I loved the store. It was well equipped. There was lot and lots of things.

Went to Home Depot today needed to buy a lot of wood for my new shop. I had the best experience with your representative named Jay at the store on Buckley Road in Brighton Colorado. Unfortunately with all the poor customer service these days, he was amazing, extremely professional, extremely helpful really took his time and helped me pick out wood and just went above and beyond and I just have to say it is such a pleasure and you should be very lucky to have an employee like him. I don’t know his last name but I think you know who Jay is at that store thank you

We are so disappointed with our entire experience with the flooring department. It's a definite bait and switch situation. The company they had come out to do the flooring does nothing but lay down the flooring. We were not told that we have to fill all the wholes and level all the concrete before they start. Flooring is not my profession. I have no idea how to do that. They said " we can send someone out for a quote. WHAT?? " Oh and we don't fix the stairs either." And by the way we only work from 10 til 2 because we have to do something else. This is all after they ordered the wrong flooring and we had to wait an additional 3 weeks. Now we are expected to take off work to be here even if they only work half a day!? I do not recommend Home Depot flooring.

My husband and I came into the store to purchase the lumber to build our fence. The lumber department was a complete mess. No one was working in that department, so we were told. We asked for help at the Contractor desk, no one showed up to bring down the lumber we needed. We had asked a couple of people that were "working" to help us but was told it wasn't their department. Needless to say, we walked out without any of the lumber we needed. We always shop at this store and normally we luckily never need help from the employees. So discusseded in the store. What a mess, no matter what department and a lot of items, have no tags. I would give no stars if it was possible. Secret shopper not happy!!

Had our group of Special needs students in your store today. An employee told our staff that we have to call and let them know before coming...last time I knew Home Depot was in the public. Absolutely disgusting how you treat others who struggle every day. I will NEVER shop here again. Teach your employees to be inclusive and kind. Shame on your employees.
