ZERO stars. I will NEVER purchase appliances from Home Depot ever again. This company shows no respect to its customers that are veterans and working people. Do NOT accept appliance deliveries home alone without a witness!! A Google review cannot do this insulting and exhausting experience justice. It took nearly a MONTH over 4 separate poorly-communicated dates to get 3 undamaged kitchen appliances delivered and installed. The initial delivery team arrived without notice 3 HOURS PRIOR to the delivery window then were frustrated the old appliances weren’t emptied for removal. I requested 5 minutes to do so, but they proceeded to hastily (and bizarrely) unload my dishwasher onto my counter then DRAG my old stove across the hardwood floor. When I spoke up I was informed it was my responsibility to provide floor protection, but when I went to get some cardboard from the garage the driver said I was being unreasonable then DUMPED my brand new appliances on the lawn, REFUSED to give me their names or a card or a phone number to call, then DROVE off leaving me SOBBING in front of my house. I had to jump through multiple phone trees that day to get someone from Home Depot to help move my NEW appliances OFF MY FRONT LAWN. The driver then LIED to their supervisor alleging I was threatening to claim damages for floor scratches that were already present and had requested the drivers wear “booties over their shoes” - NEITHER of which were true. But when I spoke to the local store manager he seemed to believe the driver’s version of events over mine. I remain deeply offended they would justify this kind of treatment towards ANYONE for ANY reason, let alone towards one of their CUSTOMERS. To make matters unimaginably worse, ALL 3 appliances were damaged in the initial fiasco and needed to be replaced over the following weeks…. That, sadly, did not occur quickly or easily either. The appliances work great and the subsequent delivery teams provided exceptional service. However, it was all too little too late. I paid $3000 dollars for appliances and what should have been a 1-day 30-minute delivery-install, that instead became an utter NIGHTMARE. And, despite ALL the people I talked to along the way following failure after failure, not a SINGLE person from Home Depot has reached out to me following the final replacement delivery to apologize for everything that happened. Never. Again.
I was just in this store why is it that when you ask a worker who is just standing around doing nothing for help they tell you "uh i dunno where that is". I went to 2 people fist time the older guy asked his co worker who was just standing the talking to another vo worker and said "hey do you know what isle this would be on" his co workers response was "uhhh......somewhere on a back shelf" then continued to talk. I asked a lady where the second thing i needed was she was very nice and helpful its the older guy she had with us who was just in a cranky mood. So in the span of 15 minutes of me being in this store I had 2 Guys who didn't know and a helpful lady. Everyone's mood as a worker in that store is not fun to deal with either. So next time ill just wank around look on my phone for the home depot website for the loveland location and get the Isle location and number instead of dealing with these weird unhelpful people.
The most unhelpful paint desk out of any Home Depot I shop. Im a Local small scale paint company which has their “PRO” account that also frequently uses Home Depot paint and materials. The last two days stopped here to grab materials. Both employees I talked to were standoffish and short. Simple questions are responded with such an attitude. Would not recommend. For the rest of this project I will be going to Sherwin Williams, I will happily eat the cost for half decent customer service.
The employees are very kind and polite, especially a young man who is in a wheelchair. He is a very polite worker and helped me get all my items. Excellent service.
The cashier in the Loveland Garden Center was friendly & personable. Even when it was very hot outside. She asked me questions & I felt like a customer & not just a sale. I will always use Loveland Home Depot over Lowe’s. Home Depot has employees that want to help.
