11/08/16 We bought a new computer & were having problems switching data over to the new system. Called That Computer Chick. Kimberly came immediately & was a Godsend! She not only cleared up our problems on site, but later, when we needed some data restored, she very cleverly accessed our computer from her office & assisted us in obtaining the data. Kimberly at That Computer Chick Company is amazing! We highly recommend her & That Computer Chick to anyone needing computer help. Friends & family had told us how good this company is............& they were right. They are the absolute best!

I always take my computer problems to the good people at That Computer Chick. They have always provided me with timely service for my personal and business computers. I have been a customer for many years and I have never had a negative experience. The professionals at That Computer Chick have always been kind and respectful. It is a pleasure to work with them and I recommend them to family and friends.

Too make a long story short, my son's screen on his computer was not working. We brought it here and after some time of going back and forth with the makers of the computer, who did not want to honor the warranty, Computer Chick was able to resolve the issue and my son finally got his computer back and in working order. Computer Chick were amazingly helpful and incredible. Thank you for all you did for my son..I highly recommend Computer Chick. Thank you again for your superb service.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Went in to get my computer screen fixed it took them over a week. When I got it back the keyboard didn’t work anymore. He told me I could pay $90 to get that fixed with a new software even though it was their fault and he was super rude about it.
