Customer Reviews
Jeremiah was very friendly and helpful. I brought in a Dell laptop that had been subjected to a power surge and was unresponsive to multiple attempts to boot it up. I was hoping that the TechHub folks would be able to bring it back to life. Later that same day, I received an email that said the Dell was fully functioning again. Miracle? Jeremiah explained that sometimes after a computer experiences a power surge it can go into a "coma" for a while. It just needs some time to "decompress". After it decompressed, he was able to bring it back to life and ran full diagnostics on it. Voila, the Dell was saved. Jeremiah also told me that I still had a full warranty on the laptop and recommended that I have Dell do a checkup on it while the warranty was still valid. Great advice. Computer problems? I'd certainly give TechHub a chance to help. Mike Ratway, Denver, CO May 2023
I am editing my review, although communication was great service on the other hand of the final product was not we noticed the screen that we had replaced was not properly seated into the computer I do not think anything of it I figured just because maybe it was not the right screen that was for the computer but it still worked so I didn’t bother but after a crack appeared in the same exact spot. I called the technician to see what they could do to help and let him know that I don’t think they properly installed the screen or maybe it was the wrong screen that was installed. I know that a crack is supposed to be a physical. Action but at the same time, if it was not properly installed something like this could happen I should’ve went in there after I noticed the screen was it properly seated this was my fault, but they took no accountability and instead got extremely defensive, and he said he was going to look at the pictures, but he insisted that he took enough pictures to defend himself so he wasn’t really willing to work with me. This guy was rude and he said he was the owner. He has no customer service Experience not only was he extremely expensive. His final product was not that great. I would strongly suggest trying a different tech with your problems. He’s very expensive very rude and he might not do your repair properly
This place was incredible. I brought in my Microsoft Surface Book 2 which absolutely wouldn't turn on after repeated and extended attempts at charging and starting and they got it booted and identified that the problem was my charger. I only had to pay a diagnostic fee and they were able to solve my problem and I have a working laptop again (when I thought I was looking at an $1800 paperweight). If I could give them 6/5 stars I would.
,I have been coming to Denver TechHub since they open there doors. Over the past 6 years I have seen Denver TechHub turn in to more than just a place I can bring my laptop to get fixed or upgraded. Although they still provide a very professional and timely service when it comes to computer repair and upgrades. Denver TechHub is now a culture where you can go learn about the tech/software that you use. David is a Guru and has never let me down. It’s one thing when a company has great services. It a completely different animal when the owner of the company is as compassionate and wise as David. David I thank you for being the very best In Denver🙌🏽
