Tech Pals

We needed our printer fixed. It was printing in all yellow, not black. It is $100 to have geek squad to come to our house. Called tech pals. Guy insisted we come to his office. Last time we had printer worked on, geeks said it must be done in our home. Told techpal that. He said he’d get back to us. Waited a week. No word. Paid geeks. Took them 2 hours. They said repair had to be done in our home. Not happy with tech pals.

Leah has so much patience with me. It was my first time on a computer. She showed me Netflix and we watched movies and I loved it! I look forward to her coming to help me!

Virtual reality blows my mind in many respects. But when I entered into virtual reality and played a videogame with some of the guys at Tech Pals, who are very generous and kind to get me started from scratch, I got to the point of having the feeling that I did not want to get out of there. It's fun!

Though a Seniors Program I got a new tablet and started receiving lessons from Tech Pals. Knowing nothing about a tablet, instructor Joshua has been giving me lessons on how to use it. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and especially patient with his lessons. I am now able to use my tablet in several ways and looking forward to learning more. I highly recommend Tech Pals and their teaching programs.
