Tech guy on the Go

I was ready to throw my iPhone out the window because of the cracked screen. I called Eric and let him know what was happening, how it would not work right it would type things on its own. He drove to my work to fix my iPhone in his work vehicle and literally within 10 minutes or less he comes knocking on the door, (I was thinking he was going to say sorry there is nothing he could do) but he says here’s your phone it’s fixed, I was thinking no way. I tried it out in front of him and it was like having a new phone in minutes. I highly recommend him.

My wife found this guy after I dropped my iPhone 12 Pro max. He fixed the back and did a good job. It wasn’t until I went to use my flashlight that I realized it didn’t work anymore. Communication although through my wife was spotty. He was kind enough to replace the component that he said sometimes gets severed in the process. After returning it for that, the corner of the camera was cracked again and a few days after my face recognition refused to work. My phone prompted a message saying it may need an update or malfunctioning. This guy was nice enough to try but I wouldn’t trust him to do anything on any make of my devices ever again.

This is the first time I post a negative review, but Iam super upset with his work. I took two phones to fix, I got one phone back after 2 months and the second phone I never got back. I am hoping to get my cell phone back after 6 months of trying.

I've had a broken screen on my phone for well over a year, because I couldn't find anyone affordable. He was quick to respond to my questions, great price AND HE EVEN PICKED UP FROM MY WORK!! Highly recommend, and I won't go to anyone else now!
