I brought an iPad here for my fiancé present when they left the location in the mall they happened to lose my iPad and took my $200. I tell everyone this place is not to be trusted. I pass by and stop people from going in. I am the reason you lose business. I will never stop until I have what I paid for or it’s made right. I don’t care how long ago it was. 2023 update my property has never been returned nor my money they are under a new name at the same spot in the mall. Do not go to these people they will steal your stuff and your money. 2024 update no attempt has been made to return my property. They’ve been informed in many ways and will likely have to pay fees

If you have a complex phone like zflip avoid this place at all costs. Replacement screen is damaged and peeling off and the phone can no longer connect to my carriers data network. Over 400 bucks for a now useless phone.

They are also selling (Refurbished) for the Price of A FACTORY OEM Samsung Part.They worst Service I have had in a long time. Frist was told they had the Phone Screen instock so I drove 45 minutes down to them. They did not have the right one so I Paid in full for the screen and was told it would be over nighted and Fixed next Day. Well they were actually closed that day and they never ordered the screen. Then I was told the screen would be the next day for 6 more days and then they said it came in but didnt work and had to order again. Mind you that they never called me one time for any of this information. The Number they have listed is not working now, no way to communicate with them. I would never recommend a place like this and To be honest I am not sure how they stay in business treating people this way.

Horrible experience. My iPhone 7 had a broken screen so I figure might as well get it fixed. They charged me $110 including screen protector. From the beginning the screen resolution was not the same and then the battery stopped charging. Rad or as he should go by RAT try to get more money by saying my port was damaged. When it was working just fine before I took it in. He wanted to charge me $85 dollars for an new charging port. Rip off alert you will be better off taking it to the Apple store or to another place. I found a place in Denver on Mississippi the guy charges $75 to fix the screen on the same iPhone as mine and only $45 for the new port. RIP OFF Rip off Brad or RAT the owner will tell you he offers 3months warranted but it is all bs.
