I had a long term phone return credit problem that I had tried to resolve 3 different times over the phone with T-Mobile. I decided to try one more time before switching to another carrier. I went to this store were Arjan Dhillen is a district manager. He quickly understood my problem and spent 1 hour discussing this issue with a customer service supervisor on the phone. He did not stop until he resolved my problem to my complete satisfaction. And as a bonus for his work as a T-Mobile district manager, he successfully retained me as a continuing customer. Thank you Arjan!

I just want to say that I had T mobile for over 20 years and so far it has been the best customer service. I stopped by the store today to buy an ipad and a few devices and Gill Was very knowledgeable about services and devices. I'm going to tell you I had great customer service with him. Thank you Gill if I can give more then five I would.

If you need to get a new plan, phones or want to know what deals are available ask for Cameron! We had a few technical difficulties but Cameron took care of it all from start to finish! He is knowledgeable and will work to get you the best options! It’s was nice to get great customer service!

I spoke with Teresa the assistant manager about my phone not charging. SHE Said bring it in, any of our team associates will help you! MARIO, has helped me several before, quick efficient knowledgeable, checked that we had ins. Warranty, and Got me hooked up with a new phone Within 6 bus. Days. BOOM DONE! he said you'll receive texts to track it, however the issue was it wouldn't charge. AND MADE IT SOUND LIKE I WAS GIVING IT A DARN CORONARY EVENT!! as I need the phone charged, he fixed the issue. MADE SURE IT WAS CHARGING, AND helped my husband out also!! I LOVE AND HIGHLY RECOMNEND CENTER PLACE T-MOBILE.. Every single time they come through and with a smile!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on 11/11!

Theresa helped me get my new phone set up when I had lost my Google password. She was absolutely amazing and skilled and kept at it until she got it to work! I would give her a 10 for customer service and the store great marks for quick help despite how busy they were!!
