I was in this store last week and was shocked by the lack of professionalism. Three employees brought their young children to work, with ice cream all over their faces. The employee I spoke with seemed clueless about the products. I asked about Metro PCS, and I had to correct her about some perks. I think that should've been the other way around. This was a terrible experience. Very unprofessional. It felt like a swap meet. I hope the owner sees this and makes changes.
